Maxine Gordan-Williams currently serves as Regional Manager for Allsteel and Gunlocke Office Furniture brands in the Southwestern region of the U.S and leads a team of several sales associates. She has a proven record of business development success, strategic account management and sales team leadership. Prior to joining Allsteel, Maxine held several roles as Vice President, National Accounts; Vice President, Government Sales; Director of Federal Government Sales within other operating companies of HNI Corporation (HON). Frank Shipp is currently the Vice President of Sales, Specialty Sales Division for Cardinal Health. Frank leads an organization focused on selling medical devices to hospitals and large IDNs. In addition to his current role he sits on the African American Network Steering committee and is the Executive sponsor for the newly formed African American Network Remote Chapter. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Frank served as the General Imaging Ultrasound Sales Director for GE Healthcare. During his tenure at GE, he worked in 3 healthcare businesses, worked internationally to lead the go-to-market strategy for GE Consulting South America, consulted on GE Healthcare’s Global Learning & Development Strategy and sat on the healthcare Diversity board creating D&I strategy for the sales organization.
