About For 94 years, the DBCC has supported the development of Black businesses and entrepreneurs and is continuing to do so during this time of civil and social unrest. The DBCC has partnered with Comerica and AT&T for the Black Business Bootcamps with the goal of equipping attendees with the resources and knowledge they need to sustain beyond the pandemic.The first of the five-session online program begins Tuesday, November 17, 2020, and concludes December 8, 2020. The Black Business Bootcamps are free and open to the public to join with registration. Participants of the program will have access to DBCC business advisors, industry experts, as well as Comerica Bank representatives, who will provide financial information.
