About the event organizer

Established in 2020, Pathways To Excellence, Incorporated (Pathways2X) is a Maryland based nonprofit (501c3) with a mission to provide charitable and educational programming and resources to advance educational, professional and developmental opportunities among under-represented populations. Through collaborative partnerships, we co-sponsor workforce development, career advancement, and entrepreneurial programming to adult women and people of color. We also administer the HBCU Pathways Program in the Maryland region. Black Professional Men, Inc. (BPM) is a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland with the mission to address the social, economic, and political awareness needs of the African-American community. BPM members serve as mentors and as role models for young African-American men primarily in and around the Baltimore metro region. Members are also active in other mentoring programs, conduct speaking engagements across the state, and serve on non-profit boards aimed at helping develop the African-American community.
