This is the the last lap of 2020 and we are still inside. The gyms are closing yet we have to remain healthy. Join Afrobeat Fitness where we will safely loose up to ten pounds without the pressure. AFROBEAT FIT is a 60 minute High Energy Workout that follows a Zumba workout style while learning AFROBEAT DANCE MOVES. This class promotes loosing weight, increases stamina, widens flexibility and improves your knowledge of Afrobeat movement.
